It's Monday, Yay?????????????

Another Monday, another blog! Here is what you have to look forward to if your kids are little.

Rob comes into the dining room to find the phone book laying on the table. It's open to the yellow pages, and "Bail Bondsman" is in big letters, screaming at him!!

Considering Bobby didn't get home until 2:30 the night before, and considering that we HAVE gotten two calls from the police about our sweet little boy before he turned 18, we start to get a little worried!!

Did he get in trouble, and now has to pay a bail bondsman? Did one of his friends get in trouble, and talked him into bailing him out? Just a few questions a Mom and Dad ponder before having a nervous breakdown waiting for their little sleeping prince to awaken!!!!

Alas, the real story: We use a phone book at the computer to lift the mouse up to a comfortable position, since there is a ridge on the keyboard stand that cuts into your wrist if you don't use said phone book. Problem is Sarah doesn't like the phone book idea and moves it every time she gets on the computer.

She threw it in the computer chair, and when Bobby went to use the computer, he threw it on the table, where it just HAPPENED to land on Bail Bondsman. THANK YOU GOD THANK YOU GOD THANK YOU GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Just in case you haven't read it in the past, Bobby got stopped going 60 mph on the Boulevard right after he got his license, and got stopped for being at the Pit (where they go mudden) after hours. Both times he got a warning, and they sent him home after calling and scaring the bajeebers out of us!!!!!! There's nothing like hearing the words: Mrs. Jeffreys, this is Officer ____ from the Police Dept. WE HAVE YOUR SON :((((((((

Outside My Window: It’s raining cats and dogs

I am thinking: I’m glad it’s raining cats and dogs today, cause I don’t have a car and I can’t go anywhere anyway.

I am thankful for: So much, and so little room to write here. The rain, cause I don’t have to water my plants (yea, I’m lazy like that!!!!) And the 9 eBay sales yesterday!! And lounging by the pool with my hubby yesterday. Getting out of Church early enough to see Bro. and Sis. Carpenter at Sarah's church yesterday. Our new Pastor and Family. God answering prayer when our central air went out Friday. It started working again, PTL!!!!!!!!!!! Having fun yard saling with Dreama Saturday! The list goes on.....

From the Kitchen: Pepper Steak and Rice in the crockpot, Sweet Cornbread, and Salad.

I am wearing: Weird Purple nightshirt with horseflies on it. Don’t ask, it was a hand me down from somebody?

I am reading: “Nightlight” devotionals and “Love and Respect” with hubby. Through the Bible in a year.

I am creating: Yet another eBay strategy to sell off my kids clothes and concentrate on jeans only.

I am hearing: The rain, and an occasional sigh from Rebels who‘s sleeping on his blanky by the fireplace. Oh my gosh, he’s got one of my eBay shirts on his blanky, how’d that happen? Be right back!!!!!!!!!!

Around the house: I can’t wait for my maid, I mean Mommy to get here. I need her help!!!!!!!!!!
